The NAC Canoe/Kayak Team is a year-round competitive paddling program based in Newport Beach, California. Designed for youth and adult athletes of all skill levels, the program offers a pathway from beginner to elite racing in Olympic-style sprint canoe and kayak.
NAC Canoe/Kayak Program
Our team trains on the calm waters of Newport Harbor and the open ocean beyond, taking full advantage of Southern California’s ideal paddling environment. Under the guidance of experienced coaches, athletes develop technique, strength, endurance, and mental focus—skills that translate both on and off the water.
Whether you’re just starting out or striving for national and international competition, the NAC Canoe/Kayak Team provides a structured, supportive environment with a strong sense of community. Many of our athletes go on to race at the national level and represent Team USA.
