Kriszta Zur SUP Workout:

This is a full-body workout on the on the water! We provide the SUP rental and paddle.

Class is taught by 2-time Olympic Gold Athlete Kriszta Zur.

10 spots per class are available. Please claim your spot ahead of time at the link below.

Schedule:

Mondays: 9am – 10am
Wednesdays: 9am – 10am
Fridays: 9am – 10am
